All homes can be customised to suit your personal needs and style. Our new sites come ready to move in with carport, paving, entertaining deck, split system heating/air conditioner, clothesline and floor coverings.
When you purchase a house in The Palms, you own your home but not the land which reduces the overall purchase price. Residents pay a fortnightly site fee which covers council rates, water, sewerage, emergency services levies and use of all facilities. If you are a recipient of a Centrelink Pension or payment, you may be eligible for rent assistance which will go towards the lease fees. When you buy or sell your home, you will not pay stamp duty, deferred management fee or any entry or exit fees.
